Privacy

Your files

Amira Labs has no access to the content of the files sent or received with elevo. It is not collected for analysis, advertising, statistics, commercial use or the training of artificial intelligence. You keep every right to your files.

The connection

Transfers take place between the devices, encrypted end to end. When no direct connection is possible, the encrypted traffic may pass through relay servers and address lookup services run by third parties, which have no access to the content. The send code and the connection itself may reveal network addresses to the recipient and to those services.

Usage statistics

Once the Terms are accepted, and until you turn it off in Settings, the app sends Amira Labs, so that installations and active use can be counted:

• a random identifier of the installation;
• the type and model of the device, the system and its version;
• the installed version of elevo;
• when it was first and last seen.

Not the name of the computer, and nothing about what is sent or received. These records are not sold, not used for advertising and not matched across applications.

This site

No cookies, no analytics, nothing loaded from other sites. Your choice of language is kept in your own browser. To download elevo you are asked for an e-mail address: Amira Labs keeps it, with the date, the language of the page, the system and the version downloaded, to know who downloads elevo and to be able to contact you about it. Like any site, its hosting provider receives your network address in order to answer. If you open a send code here, the code is part of the address that is asked for.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the records described above, including your e-mail address, for their correction or deletion, and object to their use, as the law where you live provides. Sections 6 and 7 of the Terms of Use and License are the full text for the app.
